Then our Clothing Swap event in collaboration with Dotnsquare is just the thing for you! \nWe all take care of our appearance\, and this takes a toll. Not only on our wallet but also on our climate. This is why The Student Hotel Maastricht is hosting a Clothing Swap in collaboration with Dotnsquare vintage as part of the Act for Global Goals Festival by SDG House Maastricht (Mondiaal Maastricht). \nIn the weeks leading up to the event you will be able to drop off your old clothes at the Dotnsquare store located on the Heggenstraat 5\, 6211 GW\, Maastricht. \nFor every piece of clothing you donate\, you receive a voucher that can be used to choose a new item at the event. If you want to take more items or just buy something without swapping any clothes\, you can simply donate some money. The money will be donated to the Refugee Work Maastricht. An organisation that guides refugees and helps them with their asylum procedure\, housing\, integration\, language and work. DESCRIPTION:24\, 25 en 26 september: Act For Global Goals Festival\nHét duurzame festival van Maastricht en (Eu)regio! Drie dagen vol boeiende activiteiten\, leerzame workshops\, interessante lezingen en stevige debatten. Laat je inspireren! Veel mensen\, bedrijven en organisaties werken al aan de Global Goals (SDG’s). Tijdens het Act for Global Goals festival laten we zien wat er al gebeurt en hoe jij kunt meehelpen om het verschil te maken. Alle activiteiten zijn gezellig\, laagdrempelig en effectief en vinden plaats door de hele stad én daarbuiten. Natuurlijk volgens de dan nog geldende Corona maatregelen.  \nVoor het hele festival > Datum/tijd: vrijdag 24 september 10-21hr\, zaterdag 25 september 10-21hr\, zondag 26 september 10-17hr. \n  \nHoogtepunten: \nSDG Jongeren Mural: onder leiding van kunstenaar Collin van der Sluijs maken jongeren een muurschildering over de hopes & dreams\, maar ook de zorgen van hun generatie over een (on)duurzame toekomst. \nLocatie: Pijlers van De Krul (Sphinx kwartier)\, dag/tijd: 25-26 september\, voor wie: jongeren tussen de 12-27 jaar. \nSDG Wandelroute: slenteren langs duurzame ondernemers en plekken in Maastricht.  Deelnemende organisaties en bedrijven bieden een duurzaam\, lokaal product met 17% korting aan en laten zien hoe ze bijdragen aan de SDG’s. Opgeven hoeft niet.  \nLocatie: overal in de stad\, dag/tijd: 24-26 september\, voor wie: iedereen. \nSjeng aon De Geng: samen aan de slag tijdens Burendag! Bevlogen mensen\, scholen en (buurt-\, culturele-\, maatschappelijke- of jongeren-) organisaties bieden laagdrempelige activiteiten aan waarmee bezoekers kunnen ervaren hoe het is om zelf duurzaam bezig te zijn. Voorbeelden: proeverij\, workshop\, wandeling\, open dag\, inloop\, voorstelling\, meet-up\, demonstratie\, ClothingSwap etc. In samenwerking met o.a. Musica Sacra\, MSM\, CNME\, Koffiehuis ‘t Heegeneerke\,Tapijntuin\, Boeren & Buren\, SuccessFormula\, Studio Europa en vele anderen. Opgeven per activiteit. \nLocatie: in Maastricht én omstreken\, dag/tijd: meestal op 24-26 september\, voor wie: breed publiek of een specifieke doelgroep. \nSDG lessen: leerlingen in groep 7 en 8 krijgen les over hoe ze zelf kunnen bijdragen aan de SDG’s. In Maastricht wordt dit initiatief gekoppeld aan de lancering van de SDG Box: een prachtige duurzame doos met SDG lesmateriaal. Ontwikkeld door CNME\, het SDG Onderwijsplatform Maastricht i.s.m. gemeente Maastricht\, MosaLira en Kom Leren. \nLocatie: in heel Nederland\, dag/tijd: 20 september – 8 oktober\, voor wie: basisschool leerlingen. \nSDG Inspiratie Sessies: laat je inspireren en verbreed je horizon! Een breed aanbod van lezingen\, debatten en filmvoorstellingen over duurzame onderwerpen die tot nadenken stemmen. In samenwerking met o.a. UNU-Merit\, Lumiere\, Musica Sacra en SKL.
